Germany Amrum Lighthouse
This lighthouse is in comission since january 1st 1875. With its heigt of 41 m its lantern can be made out at a distance of 23 sm (42,6 km).

Photography Tips
Parking is possible at the "Inselstraße" at it side ways. It worth it to explore the dunes between Wittdün, the main village, and the lighthouse. If you use the dune trail, you should choose the parking blace of the wellness center (Amrum Badelandschaft). Along that trail you can shoot dunes, the beach, birds around the lake "Nehrungssee" and of course again the lighthouse.
