Be there very early, bring whatever you have . Good is a tripod, wide angle or tele ( for example the Berwartstein castle, the Drachenfels castle,..., )

Travel Information

It is not only easy to reach the point early in the morning...best parking is nearby the sports ground Busenberg. Then follow the small country lane to the highest point and the signs "Puhlsteine" from the top up to the left. Now you hike steep uphill 600mtr, then 1km on the ridge to the Buhlsteinpfeiler...you need about 40min, bring a flashlight and good boots.
