On this street and the ones beside this one, you can see the huge skyscrappers from Frankfurt. This is the finance area from Franfurt and where the banks are represented.

The "nickname" of Frankfurt is "Mainhattan" due to the skyscrappers (like Manhattan) and the river Main that passes by this city.
