It is at its most beautiful in winter in the morning hours. A wide-angle lens and tripod are recommended. Don't forget gloves, hat and scarf, it can be very cold there in winter.

Travel Information

The Scheuen Alp parking lot can be used. From there you can walk along the cross-country ski trail. Please do not walk on the trail, the cross-country skiers thank you.

Wie kalt war das? Wie photografiert man in die Kälte, mit Handschuhe an? Bis wieviel Grad kann man noch photografieren (Kamera, Hände)?

Ich weiß es nicht mehr genau, wie kalt es war. Auf jeden Fall zweistellig unter Null. Ich habe mir dünne Handschuhe (enganliegend) besorgt. Damit lässt sich die Kamera, Stativ und Filtersystem noch bedienen. Wichtig im Winter: den Ersatz-Akku immer nah am Körper tragen bzw. warmhalten.
