The Subway Station "Am Hart" is very photogenic. To shoot the Subway stations in Munich you need to get a permit from the MVV beforehand. If people will see you, they will check for the permit.

Take a steady tripod and a wide angle lens. Filters are usually not needed. Don't go during rush hour.
