The Gustav Heinemann Bridge, a pedestrian bridge, crosses the Spreebogen to Washingtonplatz with the office building ‘The Cube’ and the main railway station behind it, offering a beautiful photo opportunity, especially at dusk and dawn.

The most beautiful atmosphere can be photographed here when the lights on the bridge and surrounding buildings are switched on, but the sky is not yet dark. Shortly before sunrise, there are fewer people around than in the evening. When many people walk across the footbridge, it vibrates slightly, making long exposures difficult. Therefore, taking photos may require a little patience.
