There are lots of people. Be there early enough to get a good position. The best time is probably around sunset / golden hour or blue hour. Also, the nighttime is great with all the lights all over the place.
Travel Information
Easily reachable by underground. If you come by car, parking spaces are marked on the map, depending on when you go there it might be difficult to find something though. It is straight up the hill above the "U-Bahn Station Landungsbrücken", so it's very easy to get there underground — just a few steps up the stairway.
