Germany Wasserburg Flechtingen (Drone)

The Wasserburg Flechtingen is a historic water castle uniquely situated on a small, artificial island directly in the center of the Schlossteich. There is a medical rehabilitation clinic located immediately adjacent to the castle grounds; you must obtain all necessary flight permissions beforehand and ensure you do not fly over restricted zones or disturb the privacy and recovery of the patients.

The village of Flechtingen is wonderfully accessible and serves as a highly relaxing destination for a day trip. You can find convenient public parking directly along the shores of the Schlossteich. After completing your aerial photography session, it is highly recommended to explore the area on foot. A scenic, well-maintained pedestrian promenade completely circles the lake, allowing you to view the castle from multiple ground-level angles while enjoying the tranquil environment of the village. The combination of historical architecture and accessible natural surroundings makes it a highly rewarding stop.
