This is probably the most beautiful fountain in Munich. Get there on a warm summer evening while walking around the city. Close by, there are many other nice spots (see other spots I have added).

Photography Tips

Take a photo at night because there are less people.
The fountain is very nicely illuminated.

Travel Information

This spot is close to the city center (no more than a 10 Min. walk from Marienplatz). Parking at night is still hard but try the place I have marked. Forget parking at daylight, use a public parking underneath at e.g. Karlsplatz.
