Germany Lonely tree near Großerlach

If you are searching for a nice lonely tree, this is a good spot! This is my dark sky site north of Stuttgart where I go for Astrophotography. It is pretty dark there and the tree makes a good model to combine it with dawn or the milky way.

Photography Tips

There can be a fair amount of fog in the morning or during night. So if you plan to stay longer, bring a dew heater for your lens.

Travel Information

It is a forest road that you can drive (illegally) to reach this spot. Only drive here from Großerlach! From the other direction it is a wild, decayed "road" that you shouldn't drive.
