Germany Diersfordter Wald

Die Schlossherren von Diersfordt ließen im Jahr 1850 ein 1.800 Hektar großes Wildgatter für die Jagd errichten. In dem heute noch 350 Hektar großen Gehege leben Rothirsch, Damhirsch, Mufflon und Wildschweine. Mit etwas Glück und Geduld kann man die scheuen Tiere aus Aussichtshütten heraus beobachten. Wildschleusen ermöglichen Wanderern den Zugang zum Gatter.

Das Wildgehege hat zwei Eingänge, einmal auf der Bislicherwald Strasse, dort hört die geteerte Strasse auf, und einmal am Hundeplatz, Emmericherstrasse Ecke Bislicher Wald Strasse.
