The bridge of Paleokarya is a single arch in a rocky alley of the homonymous gorge to bridge Paliokaryotis or a stream of Gropa, thus serving the communication between Pyli, Paleokarya and Mesochora.

It was built somewhere between 1500 and 1550, has a length of 26 meters, an arc opening of 19 meters and a height of 10 meters from the riverbed, while behind it falls a beautiful 12-meter-high waterfall, which continues at a lower height of 2 meters.

Photography Tips

Get there on sunset or on sunrise!
