Greece Váthia
Váthia combines all the peculiarities of the primeval landscape of the Mani. A collection of half-high residential towers is enthroned here on a hill above the coast. The dwellings of the Mani people were converted into small fortresses and defence towers to fend off hostile neighbours as well as intruding conquerors.
