You don't need to take a boat far from Ilulissat to see a great iceberg. this one was in sight view of the city.
Photography Tips
You can use either 14-24mm to capture the sky or 24-70 to get some views of the iceberg. You can fly a drone but there are high risk of co-pass error in this latitude so you need to be trained to switch to manual mode. Plus if you start from a moving boat you can forget about the automatic RTH (return to home) so train before.
