Hungary Zalaszanto's Buddhist stupa [drone]
The Zalaszántó Peace Stupa is a Buddhist structure in Zalaszántó, Hungary. When it was completed in 1992, it was Europe's largest stupa, measuring 30 meters high and 24 meters wide.
Photography Tips
Best angle by drone. Be aware of local regulations and do not interrupt other visitors or locals. Therefore I came here very early in the morning.
Travel Information
The GPS signal is quite weak in this area. Make sure to download google maps for navigation. Parking is available close by. I assume during the opening hours there is a small shop to buy gifts and food as well.
