Travel information

Easily accessible via highway 1, Iceland's ring road. There is a large parking lot and the site is well signposted. The only thing tricky thing about getting here is the single lane bridge. Be patient and courteous.

The image as proof of a pretty stupid action, should be urgently deleted :-[

Sorry for the misunderstanding. When I click on this photo spot, I get a picture of @Fabio Milanesi. Not yours. Swimming on the glacier lagoon is life-threatening, as the last few years have shown. The Landsbjorg must repeatedly put themselves in danger in order to save the lives of reckless tourists. This should not be supported here with the presentation of such images.

I agree completely! Strange that you see a different image.

I wrote Fabio, thanks for paying attention to details like that guys! Really appreciate it. And you see a different image by the way when you click it on the feed. The image bar at the top will scroll automatically to the clicked image then, but if you just click on your spot you will always see the first image. Guess we need to find a solution so that you can comment a specific photo...

He removed the image based on your feedback. The swimmer was part of a professional team, but I guess that's impossible to see based on a photo, so it's better that it got removed and that nobody will hopefully get motivated to do something like that as well. Thanks guys for paying attention and thanks to Fabio for his understanding and fast reaction :-)
