This is the lesser known waterfall named Fagrifoss (Beautiful Waterfall), off the highland gravel road Sprengisandsleið (F26).

Travel Information

About half way between the hut Versalir and the hydroelectric power station Vatnsfellsstöð, in the southwestern part of the Sprengisandur, a small sign at the Sprengisandsleið points to the Fagrifoss.
