Indonesia Statue of Bali
The Statue of Bali, also known as the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue (GWK), is one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks. Located in the southern part of the island near Jimbaran, this massive statue stands as a symbol of Indonesian culture, mythology, and Hinduism. The statue depicts the Hindu god Vishnu riding on the mythical bird Garuda, a figure that represents power, strength, and freedom.
Photography Tips
You don't get many good angles on this huge statue, cause the park is closed. With my 400mm lens, I could get on top of an abandoned hotel and get this shot.
