Typically we found lots of very nice sunrise shots looking over Bromo Mountain. This shot was taken from the other side during the sunset.

Photography Tips

Unlike when shooting during sunrise where we have to go up and climb high, this location is relatively easy to access. A short and easy walk to the east side of the village and we can find the spot.

Travel Information

Bromo National Park is about 2.5 hour drive from Surabaya, the capital city of East Java. Can be reached using public transportation and by car. Typically, people spend at least 1 or 2 days there to enjoy sunrise and sunset views from 2 different locations.
