Ireland Downpatrick Head
It's one of the most majestic seascapes in Ireland.
Photography Tips
This is usually very windy so can be tricky. Be careful not to disturb anyone. It's better to come early in the morning or late in the evening.
Travel Information
It is approximately 25 minute's drive from Ballina town and is well-signposted. There is a car park at the bottom and from there to the sea-stack is ten minute walk with a slight incline. There is a gravel walkway for the first part but just a grass path for the latter part which can get very slippery when wet. There are signs up as well explaining what danger signs to be aware of.
