With these huge mountains is diffiult to be accurate and understand at what time there will be the sun. As always, a good rule of thumb is to be there early.
Travel Information
You have only two way to come here: by walk or by helicopter.
You can park the car in Val Chiavenna at Novate Mezzola (follow the directions to Val Codera). From there to Codera there will be 2 h and 2 h more till the Rifugio Brasca, where you can take a shower and a great supper.
From the hut to the pass it's about 3,5 hours and then 1,5 more to get the Rifugio Giannetti. For expert hikers.
