cool shot! :) has the Hotel also a terrace for "non paying guests"? or is it only possible to get here by booking a room?

I don't believe it has a teracce. I haven't seen one. But there a a lot of similar places nearby, so you don't need to book this hotel for a shot like this ;-) Thank you :-)
