There is a cycle route that runs along the Sarca from Torbole to Arco. The Castle appears several times along the way, but I found this was one of the better spots just before the cycle path ends in Arco.

I would cycle or walk from Torbole towards Arco. the views unwind in front of you and keep getting better.
