Travel Information

Took the train from Bergamo, with 1 commute, to Varenna, then the ferry for a 15min drive. Circled the village by foot. Partially, the road is steep, giving the fact you are in the mountains, but the views are wonderful. Recommend walking across the village, since you can get away the amounts of tourists who'd rather walk the centre of Bellagio. Somehow, the lake surrounds the village, giving the impression of an island.
