This is a free/public park, a few of the displays have been damaged, but for the most part it's a public space in a forest with I assume sponsored local artists commissioned to build displays.

The riverbed was dry, so I was also able to walk along the riverbed rocks.

Photography Tips

Walk around the displays, sometimes the other side is a better view or the clouds, foliage work better from certain angles.

there is a free parking lot at the entrance.
