The waterfalls "Cascate Zompo lo Schioppo" descend from the wall of the Monti Simbruini. The trail to the falls begins at some nicely located parking areas west of Morino. The trail leads through an atmospheric deciduous forest. For the last two hundred meters, the forest, which here is interspersed with rock boulders, seems bewitched. The falls "embedding" in the forest make their appeal.
