Civita liegt auf einem Tuffberg lediglich mit einer Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen.
Am Ortsende ist praktisch die Welt zu Ende, aber man hat ein Wahnsinnspanorama über Val dei Calanchi, das Tal der Calanchi. Der Ort ist
einmalig.
