Italy Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy at Night
From the famous Piazzale Michelangelo, you can walk down a winding path towards the Arno River. Along the path, there are plenty of spots to stop to take photos of the city. This photo was taken on the Viale Giuseppe Poggi.
Photography Tips
The tall, lit-up tower is the Torre di Arnolfo, named after the architect Arnolfo di Cambio. It's one of the most recognizable landmarks in Florence.
This image was taken during blue hour, just after sunset, when the sky retains soft hues of blue, purple, and pink, making it an ideal time for architectural photography.
Shot with a tripod @ISO 100, f11, with a long exposure of 8 seconds.
