Porta Azzurra is a cool photo spot in Ostuni in the historical city. It's a small blue door on a white house and the spot is in the higher part of the historic centre, so you can also get some typical narrow streets and stairs around it.

Photography Tips

For photos, a medium lens (like 35-50mm) would work well, and a wide angle can include more of the white walls. Best light is early morning, also to avoid the crowds.

Travel Information

From Bari, it is around 1h15 by car to Ostuni, following the SS16. From the car, you cannot drive directly to Porta Azzurra because the old town has restricted/limited car access (ZTL zone). You can park outside the historic centre at the parking pin and walk up.
