Italy Faro di Capo Ferro

A lighthouse with stone-stairs leading to it, tugged away in the rocks.

A wide-angle lens and a tripod are needed.

If you come (be)for sunset, bring a flashlight. There is a 15 minute walk involved and it leads along the cliffs.

There is a small parking place at the new lighthouse (marked in the map). From there you have to walk the trail right to the fenced military area.

Behind the base you take a trail to the left (if you reach the ruins at the cliffs you are too far).

Follow that trail until the cliffs, then there is a smaller trail left, that leads along the cliffs to the lighthouse.
