Japan Kyoto Geisha street
Important Information: It is strictly forbidden to photograph Geisha in the open streets. Some of the districts are closed for tourism, cause there were too many problems with these crazy tourists. If a police officer sees you while taking pictures, you can get arrested.
Photography Tips
The streets here are quite dark, and you need a high-aperture lens to make sure your AF will work. The Geisha avoid photographers and move fast. You must be discreet, stay in one part of the street, and be ready to take your photo quickly. High iso is also needed. Using an 85mm/1.8 at F2 here.
