I was looking for ways to get an above view of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial and the dome to get other views of that memorial. A tower now exists on the other roadblock: Orizuru tower which allows a view of it and a large panorama of Hiroshima.

Photography Tips

At the terrace view, you have some nests to protect people from falling that might require lenses with not large diameters. Best at sunset and blue hour.
The place is worth doing some architectural views as well.
