Kenya Sunrise in Amboseli National Park
A sunrise in the Amboseli Nationalpark can be magical. Most times of the year it is very dusty inside the park. This is particularly good for sunrise, because the sun is a long-lasting red fireball that slowly rises.
Photography Tips
Use a tele-zoom lens with the maximum millimeters. The more millimeters, the larger the sun appears. There are many opportunities to include distant trees in the photo motif.
Travel Information
IMPORTANT:
Depending on the season the sunrise is early. Therefore check out the opening hours at the gate and be ready as early as possible. In the first 20 minutes inside the park you can't see the sunrise because it is not an open field around you and the sun is rising behind you. You need to be at least behind Park Marker #4. The best position is from Park Marker #31, when you turn left from the main road C103.
