Photography Tips

This place is definitely best viewed from above in the day. However at night you can often be treated to crystal clear skies above which is great for astrophotography. I managed to get some crystal clear Milkyway shots. Pack a tripod AND a drone , if possible.

Travel Information

This is quite a remote area for which you ideally need a 4x4. This specific spot is on an off-road track which is infrequently driven on by anyone. You can park up and camp wherever you like.
