Visiting the Church interior is free. Photography is permitted. I am not sure about tripods, but I don't remember seeing any signs forbidding them. There is also a large viewing platform on the roof of the church overlooking the city, which can be accessed (via stairs or elevator) for a few euros.

Photography Tips

Take a wide-angle lens or take multiple photos and stitch a panorama (which is what I did with my FF 24mm lens). Large aperture recommended.
