Malaysia KLCC Park around the Arch Bridge
This is quite a well-used park with many people exercising in the morning and evening and many nice species of trees. It is directly behind Petronas Towers and provides a more visually appealing location than the front of the towers. It is a nice place to be at any time of day or night although the lighting on the towers and other monuments drops off at around 23:00

Bring your wide-angle lenses to this place if you want to avoid cropping the top of the towers; this park is right underneath the towers.
