Malta Popeye Village
Popeye Village, also known as Sweethaven Village, is a group of rustic and ramshackle wooden buildings located at Anchor Bay in the north-west corner of the Mediterranean island of Malta, two miles from the village of Mellieħa.

The best Point from where you can capture the whole village. From here you have a wonderful view of the old Buildings and the whole area. Especially in the evening this place is frequented by locals and tourists, but don't worry - there is enough space to make your photos.
Travel Information
I was there three times on my visit to Malta. Two times to view the village, one time only "drive-by". If you look on the map, you see two several roads which guide you to this place. try to come from the south. The road is better.
