Die Savanne zwischen Leeupan und m'Bari wird in derRegenzeit zu einer riesigen Weide.
Hier treffen sich in dieser Zeit die Zebras, Spingböcke und Gnus zu einer riesigen Herde - was dazu führt, dass auch die Raubtiere nicht weit sind. Teilweise ist die Tierdichte hier so groß, dass man mit dem Auto nur sehr langsam voran kommt.

In der Trockenzeit ist diese Gegend relativ langweilig - die großen Herden treffen sich nur dann hier, wenn die Savanne grün ist.
