From this spot at the Stellendam Marina you have a good view over the Haringvliet part of the estuary. Next to it is also a bird observatory, but it only opens 8.30-17.00 so not good for sunrise or sunset.

Photography Tips

Come early as the sun goes up on that side - use a telephoto to capture the islands and windmills on the horizon in the frame. I used a 100-400 for this shot and cropped it further.
