Netherlands Carnisse Grienden
A defining feature is the vegetation shaped by the tides: softwood floodplain forests with pollarded willows, lush reed beds, and seasonally flooded meadows. Crisscrossed by narrow water channels and small footbridges, these areas provide habitat for numerous species of birds and insects.
Photography Tips
Play with angles, shift around, get high, get low, center or choose a side view. You can use merely any focal length. A wider lens will give more space between the pollarded willows and make the alley way extremely long, whereas a zoom lens will compress the distance and narrows the pollarded willows.
