This spot offers a beautiful tree alley in the Castle Gardens in Arcen, which is absolutely ideal for any kind of portrait photography.

Photography Tips

The tree arcs are already quite close together, so you don't need a tele lens like in most tre alleys, but it's always good to have a little bit of zoom to get a better and more dense perspective.

Travel Information

The parking west of the park is free, while the northern parking costs 8 € per day. The free parking is limited but usually available on normal days. The entrance to the Castle Gardens in Arcen (NL: "Kasteeltuinen Arcen") is not cheap (at least 21€ per person per day), but it's worth every penny. Get your ticket online to save a few Euros; kids are often free during the summer.
