This is another great site just north of Brighton in the south island of New Zealand. It is close to two other sites and could allow two photos from nearby in one day.

Photography Tips

Check the ephemeris and tide tables to ensure correct timing, arrive before sunrise to set the shot and use your tripod and self timer. I used f/16 to maximize the sunburst effect.

Travel Information

Drive south from Dunedin on the Brighton Rd, park at a pullout on the left side just before the turn into Brighton. Take a short walkway to the beach, turn right towards the cliff wall and set the shot.
