Photography Tips
Locate the site early and set up the tripod with your remote shutter and a small aperture (<f.11) to get a burst of the lights. You are surprisingly close so will need a very wide-angle lens to capture the shot.
Travel Information
Check the area out early enough as it is surrounded by one-way streets and can be confusing. Plenty of street parking; the final approach is on foot.
