New Zealand Peter's Lookout 2
I've already shown the spot for Peter's Lookout but while you are there don't forget there is another postcard shot from the north end of the parking lot. It gives a different view of the curving road with Mount Cook in the background and the beautiful blue of Lake Pukaki in the middle.
Photography Tips
Use a telephoto lens to compress the mountain and don't forget the polarizer filter for the late afternoon shot with the sun off of your left shoulder.
Travel Information
Travel north along the Mt. Cook highway and look for the obvious carpark to the right. There will be plenty of cars and people so you won't miss it.
