Cross over the road from the carpark at Monkey Creek and walk towards the creek. There are some nice spots to stand along the edge of the creek.

Use a tripod so you can control the shutter speed and slow down the water.

Travel Information

The Monkey Creek carpark is only a few metres away.

Don't leave your camera bag lying on the ground because the Kea birds will steal stuff out of it (speaking from experience).
