New Zealand Glenorchy Lagoon
The Glenorchy Walkway is the easiest of all the hiking trails in Glenorchy. Here you will find a jetty with a park bench on the peninsula with a view of the mountains.
Photography Tips
Come in the early morning hours. here you have with windless and cool next to photograph the fog over the water. Sunset is also pretty good since the mountains get slightly more light.
Travel Information
Closeby is a free parking lot from which you can gently walk the way to the viewpoint. It's around 15-20 minutes from the parking, to reach the spot. Mostly it's on planks and quite easy. Take mosquito spray since this location has some swamp land around.
