Elliot Bay is a gem of a camp site in the Northland. Its quite remote, offers beautiful beaches, nice walks and heaps of chill vibes.

Photography Tips

Use the trees and a closed aperture to ensure getting a sun star. It also makes great compositions to play around with.

Travel Information

Elliot Bay campsite is rather unknown still. You need to pay for the night to be allowed to camp there. No reservations needed except around major holidays (hence, around Christmas). The walk up the hill takes you around 5-10 minutes from the beach.
