New Zealand Earnslaw Burn Hike

After leaving the forest section of the Earnslaw Burn Hike, you will find openings to the majestic mountains. Absolute incredible views all along!!

If you are alone, take your tripod and place it with an interval shooting mode on the camera. Focus into infinity and start walking.

Earnslaw Burn is located within Mount Aspiring National Park, west of Glenorchy. The valley is most commonly accessed via the Earnslaw Burn Track, a 14 km return hike taking 6-8 hours, while helicopter landings provide quicker access to the upper valley and surrounding alpine viewpoints.

The hike is nothing easy-going. Since its not maintained and heavy storms destroyed the trail here and there, this is quite some obstacle run.
