New Zealand Campspot Godley Valley
The Godley Valley features numerous elevated gravel terraces and dry tussock flats above the braided river channels, providing scenic places to rest while overlooking the surrounding alpine landscape.
Photography Tips
The major focus are the stunning surroundings. Hence, I prefer to have them sharp and get my subject unsharp, but still including it in the frame to create that sense of adventure and add up to the camping feeling I want to transfer.
Travel Information
These open areas offer spectacular views of the Southern Alps, but they are exposed to strong winds and rapidly changing mountain weather. So take a good care on the weather specifically!
