On the way to the seven lagoons near Ausangate there are many possibilities to explore the landscape. The lagoons have different colors depending on the season.

Photography Tips

Go in the "in between season" for sunrise, there you can see the colors at it's best. Drone is only possible with a permit, which can be purchased through companys or from the locals in a cooperation / against a fee. Than it is only possible with verifiable drone license that you need to have with you!

Travel Information

With your car or a driver you will stop in Pajchanta. From there you basically don't need a guide. Offline maps help you to find your way, the paths are also well recognizable. It takes about six kilometers one way to reach the lagoons.
